How many Tories does it take to change a light-bulb?
Someone had to say it first. Sadly it wasn't me, but David Cornock on GMW.
Having just bought three pairs of halogen spot bulbs at £9 a pop, I want my money's worth of energy-saving bulbs come May 4th.
